Gift cards for individual customers

Individual customers can buy S-Group all-purpose gift cards at the customer service desk in Prisma and Sokos outlets as well as larger S-markets and S-Group restaurants and hotel receptions.

New gift cards are now available at Sokos department stores and Emotion shops

You can now buy gift cards when paying for your purchases. The cards are located on stands near the cash register desks. You can recharge EUR 10 - EUR 250 in the new gift cards where the balance decreases upon each purchase. The full sum does not need to be spent at the same time. The card is valid for 24 months from the recharge or the most recent purchase. You can check the card balance and validity at the cash registers of Sokos department stores and Emotion shops.

Guidelines for all-purpose cards:

• The gift cards are credit-card sized with a magnetic strip, and their expiry date is marked on them (mm/yy).

• The gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can change be given. A gift card must be used in its entirety on a single occasion.

• The user of a gift card will earn Bonus points for payments on a product or service if the user is a co-op member of the S-Group.

• The purchaser of the gift card does not earn Bonus points.

• The gift cards cannot be used with Bonus partners or Etu partners.
